I’m sad this was my last bottle and cannot source more. This is a light and perfectly clear red, there is a bit of bricking too Nose of cherry, wet stone snd funk ( maybe wet hay or barnyard) High acidity Everything is well balanced Taste, cherry, mineral, flint and a long finish. This was a great pairing for A5 Wagyu ribeye

Purely a matter of taste rating here. This is EXACTLY what it's meant to be, a pure expression of its varietal and terroir. Just hit me wrong and wasn't what I was looking for, hence the "+". Very light color, which tells you where you're headed, and everything follows from there. Drinking very well right now.

This is absolutely delicious tonight. Restrained but with complexity. Light bricking garnet with transparency. Smells like smoke, red fruits, black tea, orange peel, potpourri, and light funk. Light to medium body, acid, and finish, with flavors of high toned red fruits, lemon, bitter grapefruit, black tea, and minerals. Great food wine, very versatile, and a great sipping wine as well. Firing on all cylinders tonight. 🤙

Light red. Medium intense nose, red cherry, tea, Burgundian poop, and a bit of tea. Delicious mid weight cherry and tea flavours and a dry elegant balanced finish.

Lighter body than expected, good terroir. Decant 20 mins or more.
