Light yellow, but the nose is surprisingly muted, with very little of the orchard fruits typical for Riesling, especially citrus and apple. The sip is highly acidic but lacking in buffering sweetness, texture, and fruit. The only thing the swallow achieves is a pallet cleansing. Overall, an example of how not to make dry Riesling - an astringent, imbalanced, and unenjoyable backbone of structuring acidity with minimal flesh, much too close to battery acid.

Nomacorc select 500. pale yellow. smells of apple and diesel fuel. Tastes of apple. this is tart and light to medium body - only 12.5% abv. as this warms the acid becomes too much.

12.5% alcohol, 'mis en bouteilles en Alsace', monogrammed genuine cork, moderate to thin metal foil, moderate to long legs, pale, transparent yellow, fruit forward nose, serve COLD (10 to 12 degrees Celsius), best jolt is when nice & cold, becomes much more BLAH when warmer, with lessened impact on the tongue; impactful fruit, some sweetness, peaches, lychee, stony (as if filtered through stones), the taste is definitely different from more western localties in France, typical of Alsace/Elsaß; lasting finish; pair with Chilean sea bass

Not my favorite. A bit sour on the tongue. The wine looks onion-skin colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like grapefruit. The body is light/medium. The wine has low acidity.
