Really liked this. Had the nose of a broad Rhone white, but a lot more mineral and acid on the tongue. imagine it would be very versatile, but also great without food

This particular wine fills an important niche in our cellar as it's quite versatile. It's got good acidity, good minerality with a round mouthfeel. On the nose there's honeysuckle, toasted hazelnuts, and sorrel (citrusy and lightly herbal). On the palate, there's lime zest, lemon thyme, apricots and honey. We've had other romorantin's, but none of the others taste this good.

Old vine Romoratin. Rich nose, honey apple, really good acid but about medium, balance, very rich chenin or Chard like. Palate is round and a little creamy. Awesome to drink! About a year in neutral oak.
