  A mild, pleasant and somewhat complex nose with streaks of apricot, pineapple, peach, lanolin and tropical popsicle. Fresh, flavorful and fruity on the palate, with excellent lingering acidity with a flinty tone, and a handful of slightly bitter herbs in the finish. Lovely with a pasta provencal with saffron, clams and prawns. Silvaner is underestimated!
