  Pear and yellow apples, but not in your face, noticeable minerality, but not obtrusive, nice acidity, but not aggressive at all, all extremely balanced. On the palate dry, grippy, nice fruit and medium to full-bodied with an astonishing length. Drinks already very nicely, everything in harmony here. A text book Silvaner. Don't drink too cold.
