Cuvee Holiday Lunch: Paired with Green Hill cheese with huckleberry jam, roasted cashews, black pepper. The was the pairing of the day. It was a symphonic ending to a fabulous event. The wine plays a bit like a younger red with prominent red fruit notes likely from some skin contact, not to mention pinot-based dosage. May be a bit simple but there is a top for every teapot and a time and place for every good wine.

Agree on fruit notes from previous. This is rich wine that envelopes the moth. Pairing may have prejudiced the score. Spectacular pairing with burrata with hackberry confit and kale salsa. Enough acid for the rich cheese and fruit matched with sauce. KR SteakBar Atlanta

I felt that day two was a bit more approachable without a food pairing.
