This bottle at this stage (pop and pour, no decanting needed) unfortunately also did very little with food that would otherwise pair very nicely with white wine (salads, seafood, vegetarian pasta). Could be a factor of the producer, bottle variation, or the fact these aren't meant to age till 9 or 10 years (unlike some other producers). Glad I don't have anymore.
