  Past its prime. Slightly corked. Bottle of same wine consumed last year was delicious.

  The oak wasn't overpowering, but it obscured the sauv. blanc character enough so that I could almost think I was drinking a fairly nice chardonnay. Not worth what I paid for it, but a good wine if matched with the right food
  An easy wine to sip. It just didn't have the characteristics that identify it as a sauv. blanc.

  Blend of Sauvignon Blanc (79%) & Semillon (21%). Pale yellow color w/ excellent clarity. Fresh, grassy aroma; floral notes; lemon. Smooth, light, fruity flavors of lemons, flowers, & mild oak. Well balanced, soft texture from the Semillon component. More fruit-forward than most White Bordeaux, but more in that style than the in-your-face citrus bombs from New Zealand. Overall, excellent, especially at Costco’s price of just $12.99!
