  Drank with my birthday spaghetti. Somewhat light bodied, but great balance and the acidity went well with the food. Should have decanted for a couple hours, as it was just starting to really open up toward the end of the bottle. These could age a bit longer, but I doubt they'll gain any further complexity and the tannins have definitely resolved themselves.
