Burgundy Night at Bahrenfeld, Hamburg (Mövenpick winestore, Hamburg, Germany): This one is very herbal, very tight, dense, sweet black fruit, juicy, at first too much concentration, but with some aeration a lot more elegant, really great swallowing after a while, **(*+), 90,91(+) potential, this one needs more matury!

A very concentrated strong and intense nose, compote like fruit, earthy, on the palate this very stewed or lets say cocked fruit again, therefore the palate lacking freshness, all overlayed by this stewed fruit, really fullbodied, especially if you have in mind that this one is from Bourgogne not from somewhere, one of the few (under 10 hectars all together) Lavaux St. Jacques 1er Crus, for me this showing is disappointing, long finish but this lacking elegance ruined my pleasure tasting this bottle, maybe only needs some years in the bottle to balance this showing, but you never known, (**-???) no rating from me
