Very floral, crisp and clean nose. Classic apple and citrus Chard palate with firm acidity and almost piercing dry extract. Would easily pass for gran cru. I’ve been extolling how deftly Jadot handled the heat of 2003 with their outstanding lineup of reds that vintage. Much the same would apply with this white in a hot year. The only possible fault is that the brisk acidity seems to present as a touch heady ETOH. Quite good regardless. 92+

Deeper color. The nose is ripe; featuring aromas of peach, lemon curd, minerals, white flowers and a hint of oak. This is medium full bodied on the palate with excellent concentration and very good finesse. The long finish features a vibrant mineral component. Pure and well defined for this vintage...

La Paulée de New York: Vertical Tasting (Rainbow Room - New York NY): Tasting, brief note. This is the "Domaine des Héritiers Louis Jadot" label from "en la Richarde" vs the "Domaine Louis Jadot" from the larger section of Folatières. Rich start is very 2009 with leaner middle-to-finish with intense minerally textures. VG for 2009.
