  A much fuller rounder wine than I would expect from a pinot gris.This is almost lush with a warm alcoholic glow but nothing is overly done and the finish is drawn out as a result. The nose and the palate are ripe green fruit, medium bodied, flaxen colored- a pretty good match for the trout with mango and poblano salsa, but even better with the salmon and chipotle cream sauce.
