Tasted at the winery. This is made with 100% Malolactic fermentation in steel and spent 6 months on the lees. It has a medium yellow color. The wine is nicely floral on the nose with citrus blossom and pear and a touch of flinty minerals. There is plenty of bright acidity, good texture and some lean layered flavors like apple, pear, lemon, lime and tangerine citrus with a medium long finish.

White peach, a touch of honeysuckle, slight citrus note and creaminess. Good balance.

Creamy, leesy citrus, white peach, blossom. A simple wine but has some character.

Pairing with spicy pork Chile verde and Spanish rice. Love the toasted oak notes and golden color. Really nice wine.

Nose is super cheesy from the lees I assume. Great smelling nose. Palate is well rounded and lovely.
