  • From 75cl of impeccable provenance, DIAM5 closure(!) which I suppose shows what the producer thought about the potential longevity of this wine. And indeed, despite a flash of struck-match magic immediately after opening, a promising mature oaked-Chablis palate with some weight, and a melting-suave low acid texture, it rapidly started showing its age, becoming unpleasantly flabby and soft after only about 30 minutes. Drink up. 87P
