    Clear young color, still no sign of aging. Chalky nose at first, then a nice touch of peach and pear, getting more like green apples after some time in the glass. Medium to full bodied attack. Peach and pear up front, the mid palate is citrusy and full of green apples, the aftertaste has a hint of vanilla and curd that just about covers the steely acidity Aftertaste is long and very fresh. This is far too young right now. Wait five years. Has the potential to become a really great wine combining fruit and minerality, just like good Chablis should

    Round for a Chablis. Pink grapefruit with a nice bite that keeps things in check.

    Not so much of the grapefruit found in the 2014s and softer acid as well but still mineral and lovely balance. I was surprised how well this was drinking, must get a few more out of storage.
