Very nice smooth tannins, beautiful rich fruit, currents and blueberries. Will pair very well with a nice barbecue steak. We are having filets with it tonight, camping in Death Valley.

Fruit forward but I wouldn’t say candied. Definitely got some mint/eucalyptus that was really nice. Still had a really big firm structure, so could potentially age a little more I think.

Pop and poor, followed out of the bottle over two hours. As noted earlier this has a Candied-like taste early on though after two hours it dries out but remains overly sweet. Overall the one likes complexity and while the price was very reasonable ($30 at the winery) this is one-dimensional and lacks the complexity for me to enjoy. Maybe just an off ball, this is a huge change for me since my last tasting of this a year ago

A little fruit forward and candied at first. Smooths out and becomes more balanced after an hour. Dark cherry, subtle herbs, and some toasty vanilla bean flavors on the medium to full body. Drink over the few years.

Hooked up to a nitrogen canister, pop and pour. Tight knows of sweet fruit, cigar. One still needs time to soften as it is a little abrupt upfront,. Green notes largely dissipate after 25 minutes, leaving bloc cherry, blackberry. Tea. Fairly heavy a present and well structured for its price point.
