  Listo para beber, no esperéis más. 3 años de conservación le han sentado bien pero ya está falto de acidez y no irá a más.
  Mezcla de riesling y albariño.
  Nariz timida con claras notas minerales, almenadras tostadas, bergamota.
  En boca está casi dulzón pero amargo a la vez, raro. Muy rico pero pensaba que tenía mejor potencial de guarda por la elevada acidez.

  Again!
  Riesling et Albarino.
  12,5% d'alcool.
  Le nez est toujours aussi engageant et invitant, fruits jaunes, fenouil confit, touche d'hydrocarbures, salin, argile mouillée, superbe de clarté...
  La bouche est toujours bien fraîche, nous laisse une impression de sucre résiduel léger cette fois-ci (?), mais c'est drôlement bon!

  Solide vin.
  Il prend tout son élan en tempérant et en s'aérant.
  Nez de fruits jaunes, de paille séchée, de noyau de pêche, d'herbes salées, minéral, pointe d'hydrocarbure contenue, et un je-ne-sais-quoi qui nous invite à y revenir encore et encore.
  Bouche bien droite, ample à ample-mince, acidité rafraîchissante, bonne prise minérale, persistance moyenne, cohérente.
  Conclusion : excellent! Très original mélange de riesling et d'albarino offrant une superbe trame aromatique. À revoir jusqu'en 2020 par curiosité.

  Solid wine, very well made.
  Fresh, singing with acidity. The Riesling here is full on the forefront, less the petrolly version that comes from Germany and more the green fruited, acidity punch of the catalonians. Clean, mineral, great structure and full of character. Could use some more depth. 90 bordering on 91 and well recommended. Drinks very nicely now but does have a few more years in the tank easily albeit the fresh side of it now is really nice.
