Very pale yellow. Immediate aroma of lime, tropical fruit, and minerality. Not much fruit in the taste but great clean mineral taste with medium and lingering acidity. Excellent aperitif. Did not pair super well with cream of broccoli soup.

Absolutely lovely! A veritable fruit bowl of pineapple, guava, citrus peels, and melon, which are present in the aromas and the taste. Medium-full bodied and medium finish of tropical fruits with lasting acidity. Will pair well with shellfish.

5 years into life and this is still vibrant and fruity, balanced acidity and with a great maturing palate

No notes - from memory, pretty good, quite exuberant, more on the classic NZ side of the spectrum than Loire valley.

Wine Education Service - Chile (LSE): Pale and bright.
Gooseberry nose, unmistakeable sauvignon blanc.
Grassy, herby, dry, full, balanced, medium length.
