  Pale ruby red with slight dark hue; lovely aromatics, red fruits, strawberry, cherry, some red licorice, tar, hint of anise, dusty minerals, sandalwood; this does not taste 55 years old, it's musty at first but then lovely fruits, tangy, mineral, silky, light powdery tannins almost completely resolved, very good balance. Perfect with mushrooms risotto at Celestino.
