  beautiful and classic nose - lime, rock candy, white florals, whipped cream, tangerine - very perfumed and crisp but also creamy. Still very young - very sweet, light, lively, excellent acid, Kaffir lime and rocks and sugar candy. Maybe missing the extra gear right now on the end palate into the finish. Still excellent and showing dusty rocks and minerals along with sweet lime. Nose - 5.5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1.5/2 = 17/20.
  
  Day 2: Better tonight - super light and airy, apple and peach, spices and lime. Sweet but the heaviness has burned off and it is gossamer light and limey and rock candy and delicious. Pinpoint. Sweet lime finish is long and beautiful. Nose - 5.5/6, Palate - 5.5/6, Finish - 6/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1.5/2 = 18.5/20.

  香气开头是细碎的矿物，随后表现出正统的柑橘和青苹果味，清晰、优雅而有深度。个中浸润着淡淡的奶油味，融化着星尘一般的矿物和草本气息，随着醒酒，奶油味会越来越重。入口似乎涓涓细流，很安静地延展开来。酸度沿着舌面慢慢浸润，像是印象派的笔法，反应过来时，后段高企，一直激起生津。还有些细致的干浸出物带来的酥麻感，恰到好处地收敛感。柑橘、苹果、黄油桃还有些轻轻的热带果味，一些花蜜、小黄花和枣味，一切都很精准，在淡盐水般的口感中磨去棱角，收尾有草本和细致的金属味，余音袅袅，一直在回响。95+-96/100

  Grosser Ring Versteigerung 2016 (Trier): What a fantastic effort from Willi Schaefer. People cheering extra loud during the Auction when he came forward! The nose is 97 points easily...
