Green apple and stone. Herbaceous and grapefruit. Short finish, medium plus acid, medium minus alcohol. Smoky nose. A beautiful wine with minty flinty notes in the nose.

Very good stuff, very nice definition even after two days, typically Pouilly-Fume with it green fruits, citrus, mint and flinty aromas. Crispy acidity and medium body, but I especially enjoyed the light fresh nuttiness in the aftertaste.

Very pale yellow, faint green colour. On the nose both lemon and lime although more lemon. Lemon curd, stone, green apple. High intense acidity on the taste. Pretty straight-forward Pouilly Fume but also honest i.e. nothing fancy just prefect wine for enjoyibg shellfish.
