  • Restrained, slightly underripe nose of lemon oil, cucumber, subtle toasted nut. Crisp, light to medium-bodied palate follows nose with lemon oil, green fruits, and pleasing, saline minerality. Crisp acids and some creaminess from wood though it's really in the background. A bit of weird herbaceousness. Tasty now, but I feel this is past peak and beginning to lose some focus.
