  This is a wonderful lightly Oaked sauv blanc that is lighter than you might expect. Delecate, do not pair with anything overly rich. Primary notes of green apples and apricots. Secondary notes of lime skin, fresh cut grass, and that spring rain smell. Imagine you just turned your sprinklers or hose on for the first time. Served at 50F
