Consistent notes with last bottle. Very concentrated and needs about an hour in glass to open up. I will try to keep my hands off my remaining bottles to let them develop.

I'm with slulkin--who did the most thoughtful thing and brought a bottle of this since i'd asked about it--the real beauty here is in the open, welcoming bouquet that just reaches out and offers you its fruit. The palate is nice too with lively redfruit and dense flowers, but the freshness there can't compete with the structure, so this is one to vigorously decant or vinturi and drink in the next few years -2021.

Dark red color and viscous legs. Still a bit closed on the nose, but it packs a tannic punch on the palate with berry and garrigue. I agree with others that an hour+ decant could help. It will be interesting to see how this develops as it becomes more approachable with age. Good QPR.

Dark, almost purple in the glass. Great nose with lots going on, cherry, smoke, dried herbs, iron. Palate was full but not as exciting as the nose with some heat, spice and tannin present. Enjoyable and definitely better on day 2.
Agree with kmoose a decant would definitely have helped on night 1 (as would cooling the wine down to cellar temp before opening - which I did not do)

Gave this 30+ minutes in glass which helped it open up.
