  • Wow, not what I expected. Just pure aged dry dusty fruit. No meatiness, it almost seems younger this way. Not a lot left though, so in last phase. Interesting development over the years. Not expensive, not epic, but quite good, and definitely so for the price. Dry earthy red wine now, some garrigue. I like now too.

  • I have had this many times, it is advanced, and a big surprise when you find it. Could be N. Rhone Syrah, bold, meaty, evolves into tight dense fruit with age. What a Syrah find. Big fan of this producer, have his 05 Bousquet red (to sit on for 7-10 yrs) and his very exclusive white, partial case left. Famous.
