Light-bodied, black cherries in syrup, hints of tar. Glad I waited to drink this one. There is a nice lift from acidity and a hint of orange pith and warm spices.

Quite light color and taste, has a bit sparkling sensation on the tongue.

Medium red,
N: pronounced intensity; loam, smoked meat, dried herbs, sour cherries, baked plums, tobacco.
P: pronounced intensity, M tannin, H acid, H alcohol, M body. Red berries, chocolate, baked plums, smoked meats, loam, insence, highly spiced with racy fresh acid.
Really fragrant, rich and intense Rhône blend. Opened up beautifully after a few hours of air.
