Good balance and complexity for an Oregon PN. Won't mistake it for Burgundy, but then again, Oregon is not... Nose has dark cherry, plum, a bit herbal. Oak well integrated, if present. Saline notes, and black pepper. Palate balanced, if ripe. Fruit and oak show here, and confirm its new world origins. Leather, almond, cherry. Balance and acid better than many from NW, along with minerals. Considerable complexity. Great buy at Garagiste offer.

A good showing. Nice purple Pinot berry upfront and throughout. Better than prior bottle. Served against a slow roasted pork shoulder with roasted veggies and the wine worked well from the weight standpoint, didn't overpower the food. This is my last of the Panther Creek pickup from Garagiste. Overall decent value bottles from a good vintage. I think this Schindler was my fav of the bunch. Showed the depth of fruit and earthy profile that Eola sites can deliver. Pretty good QPR in that respect.

Dark red color. Warm dark cherry aromas. Dark cherry chocolate flavors with some bitter acidity on the finish.
