Fontanafredda Barolo Dinner (Del Posto, NYC): More of that Italian cherry liqueur aroma that makes me so happy in Piedmont’s reds. My fave so far; powdered stone and candied cherry. Finish ends a bit weaker. Bit of herbs with accumulative finish.
