William Humbert Tasting (Reserva y Cata - Madrid): Oxidative breeding of yolk musts. Funny literal translation. On the nose it gives me the impression of heading to a Palo Cortado style with aromas of rancid butter. Some chocolate with almonds tablet. I like it more in the mouth with freshness and a lot of length. Good acidity. Saline and smooth. Needs to integrate alcohol. Matter of time.
Crianza oxidativa de mostos yema. En nariz da la impresión de dirigirse hacia un palo cortado con aromas a mantequilla rancia. Algo de tableta de chocolate con almendras. Me gusta más en boca con frescura y mucha longitud. Buena acidez. Salino y suave. Le falta integrar el alcohol. Cuestión de tiempo.
