  June 15, 2022 - Marco de Jerez from TSA (La Salut, Redfern): Dried fruit; apricot, fig, a little pineapple, creamy cereal notes. Slight sharp with a green underpin with a touch of salinity, bone dry, yeast extract, saline, bold, those dried fruits are hiding somewhere here as well. This is rather wonderful

  Me gusta más en boca con frescura y mucha longitud. Buena acidez. Salino y suave. Le falta integrar el alcohol. Cuestión de tiempo.
