Aromas of fresh grapes, ripe banana and fig. The flavor is rich, silky, unctuous, with nice persistence. Organic farming and certified by the European Union and Catalan Council ecological agricultural Producció. Suitable for salads, vegetarian and vegan food, Asian cuisine, Thai food, sheep cheese, baked fish. A very good buy !
