  • Blend of primarily chardonnay and pinot noir. However, despite this having a larger proportion of chardonnay, it is really the pinot noir that sticks out on both the nose and palate. Pleasant enough but the dosage is a bit much for my personal preferences. Also, I would be inclined to suggest drinking this up without too much delay as it seems very unlikely that it will benefit from further cellaring.

    Intensity: medium (+)
    Flavors: walnut, brioche, bruised red apple, toast, lemon, lemon zest, crushed stone, hint of salt
    Finish: medium

    CONCLUSIONS:
    Quality level: good
    Potential for ageing: can drink now, but has potential for some further ageing
