simply fantastic Australian aged red. light brick red colour with a nose of pleasant sweat raspberry and blue berry flavours. The palate is consistent with the nose mixed a twigginess and dry dusty tannins and an acidity that's cleansing

SLDS August 2019: Blind. Liquorice, tobacco, smoke and mint. Sweet black and red fruits, detailed with good layers and length. Lovely wine that is drinking beautifully well.

bottle 1 = TCA bottle 2, oaky mature leathery old school aussie with mocha oak, vanilla bean and dark blueberry underneath. pnp seems hollow but fills out with 2 hrs in decanter. like a modern barolo without the tannin structure.

Blackberry, cassis, tobacco, vanilla and some leather rounding out the mostly primary aromas. Seamless medium bodied palate, no hard edges or any elements out of balance. Very fine tannin and excellent structure. A delightful wine with plenty of years left to develop.
