I just bought this wine two years ago, it represents a very good compromise between quality and price. It appears dark ruby, and push out smells of cherry, liquorice, wild berries and little tobacco. Good body and soft tannis, easy drinkable, slight ending. The best spanish wine under 20$ by Robert Parker

Pas mal plus rond, plus fruité, plus long et plus complexe que la dernière bouteille il y a 2 ans. Intéressant à ce stade-ci, surtout pour le prix, mais peut se bonifier encore 2-4 ans selon moi.

Sat, 03/02/19, $2 Tasting (Vintage Wines Ltd., San Diego, CA): Typically, 90% Tempranillo & 10% C.S. "from 64 hectares of owns vyds located in the state of Finca Villacreces. Aged 12 mos in 3-year-old French barrels (Darnajou & Taransaud)." 5,000 cases imported.
N: RIPE berries with notes of toast
P: Med, poss LM, body; RNDISH entry with nice, ALMOST swtish frt met by just a smidgin of puckerish astringency which evolves into a LONG, very, VERY slightly bitterish finish with a tangy/swtness to the MIN dusty tannins. For now & the next 3-4 yrs, + could improve over the next 6-9 mos. 92 pts Suckling, and 90 ea WA, WS, & Guía Peñín. [This vendor's $14.95 is $3 < anyone else currently listed on wine-searcher!]
Note: I found this FAR more approachable than I had on 2/16/2019.
