I just bought this wine two years ago, it represents a very good compromise between quality and price. It appears dark ruby, and push out smells of cherry, liquorice, wild berries and little tobacco. Good body and soft tannis, easy drinkable, slight ending. The best spanish wine under 20$ by Robert Parker

Pas mal plus rond, plus fruité, plus long et plus complexe que la dernière bouteille il y a 2 ans. Intéressant à ce stade-ci, surtout pour le prix, mais peut se bonifier encore 2-4 ans selon moi.

Sat, 03/02/19, $2 Tasting (Vintage Wines Ltd., San Diego, CA): Typically, 90% Tempranillo & 10% C.S. "from 64 hectares of owns vyds located in the state of Finca Villacreces. Aged 12 mos in 3-year-old French barrels (Darnajou & Taransaud)." 5,000 cases imported.
N: RIPE berries with notes of toast
P: Med, poss LM, body; RNDISH entry with nice, ALMOST swtish frt met by just a smidgin of puckerish astringency which evolves into a LONG, very, VERY slightly bitterish finish with a tangy/swtness to the MIN dusty tannins. For now & the next 3-4 yrs, + could improve over the next 6-9 mos. 92 pts Suckling, and 90 ea WA, WS, & Guía Peñín. [This vendor's $14.95 is $3 < anyone else currently listed on wine-searcher!]
Note: I found this FAR more approachable than I had on 2/16/2019.

Sat, 02/16/19, $2 Tasting (Vintage Wines Ltd., San Diego, CA): Typically, 90% Tempranillo & 10% C.S. "from 64 hectares of owns vyds located in the state of Finca Villacreces. Aged 12 mos in 3-year-old French barrels (Darnajou & Taransaud)." 5,000 cases imported.
P: Med boy; RNDISH entry with NICE, ALMOST swtish frt met by an astringent pucker which pretty much resolves by the LONG, balanced, very, VERY slightly bitterish (from time to time) finish with a tangy/swtness to the dusty tannins. NEEDS through '20, then at least approaching its 10th. My VG+/EXC-. 92 pts Suckling, and 90 ea WA, WS, & Guía Peñín. [This vendor's $14.95 is $3 < anyone else currently listed on wine-searcher!]
Addendum: I noticed FAR less structure in my TN of 03/02/2019. Trying to mesh the 2, I'd have to assume the later tasting to be the more accurate as it DOES seem to be more consistent with other TNs in this strand.

This property is located between Pingus and another famous one on the golden mile" in Priorat. Aromas of medicinal cherry, violets, black plums. Very fruit forward. Sees 12 mos neutral French oak. Leaner vintage than '14.

Inky-tangy dark fruit, and while not heavy or a load in the mouth, full in weight. Persistent, mouth-drying tannins - even into the second day, when there's some clearer expression of cocoa, tobacco, and also some hints of green leafiness. At quite a nice price, this is a fresh, honest, and rather more nuanced presentation of Ribera del Duero than the heavily oaked alternatives. Very drinkable now, and probably has the goods to last the better part of a decade. Good wine.

Not much here, honestly. tasted over three days, and it opens with massive fruit and more than a bit of oak. Seems a little bit disjointed, and the days opened does not really help. Quite the modern, industrial wine, it seems ... #Kandestederne

Good , but not great. Pleasant to drink. Less weight than a typical Spanish red.

Sour berries. Not a sipping wine. Might be a good match with blue cheese. Light body - Typical for Tempranillo. Nothing remarkable.
