  VinGilles Chambolle-Musigny Tasting (Café De Klepel, Prinsenstraat 22, Amsterdam, NL): Fully mature, good and sturdy wine, good weight, but neither the fragrance nor the elegance of the terroir. (90). But, surprise, then it opens up nicely in the glass, cleans up, developing lovely floral notes and a lovely terroir expression.
