This is one of the better Israeli Chards, and 4 years on it's still excellent. Buttery yet fresh and acidic, with loads of pineapple, green apples and tropical fruit. A lot going on yet this is very food friendly. Well done.

An rather impressive Chardonnay. Somewhat steely and reserved on the nose. The palate is rather full and leesy yet without too much ripeness and no oak influence. Just a rather round, rich and interesting Chardonnay. I found myself enjoying this a lot even though it is in a sort of 'No Man's Land' with regard to the style I enjoy.

When I thought I drank enough oaked Chardonnay, here is something interesting. Fresh and lively acidty, butter, minerals, lime/citrus, could have come from Burgundy. One of the best Israeli whites around, consistently, year after year.
