  • Opened, poured and let sit about 30 min. Pretty close to my 11/14/2023 note: some fruit, maybe a tad sour; weak/thin mouthfeel; losing some structure. That's two in a row. My last of 3 and none of these were interesting or reasonably good. Maybe I waited too long to drink them. Based on these bottles, hard to see them improving with time.

  • Opened, poured and let sit about 40 min. Then: Maybe some dark fruit on the nose. Taste is darkish-red fruit, maybe some cherry/citrus, more in the background, monotone; a bit light and thin; softish mouthfeel; tannins not an issue; acidity OK until the finish, where it becomes more prominent. Drinkable, but feels like it is going downhill; hard to see it putting on more weight, which it really needs. I still have another one and will look to drink it fairly soon.

  • Opened, poured and let sit about 35 min. Then: Red fruit/pine/citrus on the nose. Initial taste has a bit of sharpness on the tongue; pine/citrus, although stays pretty monotone; light-bodied/thinish; acidity OK; finish short and almost a bit sour/tart. At about the 1 hr point (from opening), not much change, except the finish now is astringent/austere, almost cheek-sucking tannic, with no fruit. Wondered whether this is a flawed bottle, but it doesn't sound too far off from a couple of other reviews. Not a pleasant drink and large disappointment. I have several others and hope this is just bottle variation.

  • What Frank said below. This wine is not ready and needs 5-10 years.
