  What an experience. Raw and rustic. Completely unique. Old school. Purple grape and dark raspberry, pomegranite, almost off-dry. Like that italian cheese condiment made with grape must. Not exactly frizzante on the tongue but prickly and vibrant, like chewing on a ripe prickly pear fruit before removing the spines. Croatina, Uva Rara, Vespolina.
