I don't think it was an issue with the bottle, but I think it is shut down at the moment and needs 5-6 years more in bottle to develop. Note to self, do not open another bottle prior to 2030.

  2ème bouteille. La première bue en juin 2020 était clairement trop jeune. Cette fois ouverture à 15:00, épaulée et début de la dégustation à 20:30 avec des racks d’agneau. Il y a beaucoup de matière et cela commence à se mettre en place. Le fruit est présent avec une belle complexité. En tous les cas pas besoin de se presser. Devrait encore progresser.
