This Parusso has a beautiful aromatic nose. Flavors of Christmas spices, raspberries, cherries, dark chocolate, a bit of stem, and some cinnamon. The tannins are velvety and well integrated. This is drinking beautifully now but will probably improve over the next ten years. An excellent Barolo for the price! Paired perfectly with grilled beef rib.

On day five very savory and sage-y and still coming around on the nose interestingly enough. On the palate now a little dried out and that stewed tobacco but hey, its day five.

Was open for days and days and kept getting better yet was never finished. So I guess hold on for much longer and hope the green over-stemminess goes away at some point.
