PnP - would have benefited from a little decanting as it opened over the course of the meal. Sour cherry and a little tartness mid-palette, some herbaceous tones that are a little distracting but an overall drinkable offering. One bottle left, no reason to hold off.

Tasting dinner at Barbaracca, Godalming. Limited note taking. The star of the show. We ordered a bottle with some cheese at the end of the evening. 90% Grenache and 10% Carignan. Forward; ripe blackcurrant with lashings of earth and dry spice for balance. Tannins and 15% alc fully integrated. Racy. My type of wine! À point and good for a year or two with this structure. 89+
