Pacific Northwest Dinner at Devon: Decent wine. Good acidity backing up some tropical fruit. Some minerality here too. It lost some of its appeal with the uni, which surprised me since I thought the saltiness of the dish would work with the minerals. Rather it just diminished the fruit.

Willamette Valley Visit - 8/9/17: Tropical fruit, white pepper, mineral and flowers. Bright palate, rich fruit with mineral highlights. Medium-plus acid. Nicely full texture with good depth on the finish. Nicely done.

This bottle showed more crispness and power, quite piercing. Great with food.

Juicy and fruit forward, backed by very good acid and appealing mineral ore substance.
