Consistent with previous note - loads of spiced apple and slight cedariness/varnish character to it. I didn't notice the honeycomb/chocolate so much this time.

Significantly more developed than last time. Pale straw. Nose is open, showing honeycomb, quince, baked apples with cinnamon, and spicy varnish. Palate has piercing acidity and that amazing savennieres chocolate honeycomb character. If it continues to develop like this, perhaps it won’t be quite as long lived as I first thought.

3/31/2019 - Omar Khayyam Likes this wine:
DBYOB The revenge of the final Titan (Farsta): Tasted double blind.
Steel tank, green apple and lime, complexity but too early, lots of potential. Tie for wine of the flight. Highly recommended.
