  Aromatique monolithique sur la pomme mûre sans que ça manque de fraîcheur. Bouche à l'avenant monocorde, ennuyeuse. Je ne retrouve pas l'éclat, la présence trouvés jeunesse.
  Bonne persistance.
  
  Un vin ennuyeux au possible en l'état, aucune amélioration sur 2 jours et je n'ai pas pu aller au bout de la bouteille. Est-ce une mauvaise passe à l'image des chablis saturant de miel entre deux âges ? Il faut l'espérer mais aucune certitude possible... Seul signe positif pas de fatigue supplémentaire après les 2 jours.
