Eye popping color of honey and cider. Brimming with notes of green apple and toast. Incredible texture and power yet impeccable in balance and flavor. Find some.

At less than 30euro this is one of the best value champagnes I know of. Best on day 1, but still good on day 2 and 3. This could have cellared longer, but no harm in drinking now.

Color: medium gold with copper reflexes Nose: apple and brioche, some raisin Palate: quite complex, reminds of Blanc de noirs at first and definitely feels like it has spent a fair amount of time on lees. Medium plus acidity, bubbles are not overly exuberant. Apple and lemon meringue, brioche. Very creamy. Finish: medium with cream and acidity

Drinking very well now. Nice mix of vinous, rich flavours, acidity, toast, and minerality here. Great now, but will last too (A).
