Fruit Day - golden in glass with small persistent bubbles. Brioche, apple, lemon and minerals on the nose and palate. Rich, round, ripe and just plain delicious. Drink now and over the next 3 or so years.

Pale gold into the glass. Nose is brioche, citrus, mineral, toast and crushed sea shells. On the palate the brioche, toast, citrus and mineral combine into a wonderful mosaic of flavours. The finish is long with a beautiful chalkiness backstopping the brioche, mineral and citrus. Terrific!

Leaf Day - this is the XV (2015 base) disgorged 03/2020. Pale gold in the glass with tiny, persistent bubbles. Nose is apple, brioche, white flowers and a bit of lemon curd. On the palate it’s crisp and dry but with terrific flavours of lemon, brioche, toast and chalk. The finish is long with the brioche and lemon continuing. Great acidity and wonderful balance.
