Heavy, full nose with honey, ripe fruits. On palate smooth, with some wood, mouth filling. Long finish. Woody notes still a bit too strong, will benefit from some more years in cellar, but already now a treat.

Plutot austère et compact, un Alsace de garde, racé certes mais sombre, sérieux, qui rappelle le sous-bois avec une belle dimension froide, sur le sec. Curieux de regouter cette cuvée avec de l'age (10/15 ans)
