A compelling ruby fading to dark purple hue. Fragrances of crushed stone, leather, and cardamom. A plush start with extreme concentration gradually drying the entire mouth. Blackberries, anise, and charcoal notes. Drinking astoundingly well currently with much quality time remaining. 96 points.

Let sit for 3 hours. Drank with ribeye steak on Valentine’s Day. Fantastic nose. Smooth with a long finish, medium to medium high tannins but not too strong. Cassis on the palate. Really good wine and we enjoyed it. Not cheap but better QPR than some of the Napa Cabs.

Not the best Christopher's I've had, lacked any real substance. For the price it was disappointing.

Thoroughly enjoyed. Full-bodied, characteristic of Stonestreet. Seems to have a lot more potential.
