Surprisingly gold in color for it only being 3 years old. I'm not super familiar with this particular vineyard, so maybe this is characteristic. It is drinking well and a great food wine.

Cream yellow. Give this one plenty of air. Pungent aldehydes which dissipated with time, apple and pear cider, brioche and mineral aromatics. On the palate it was initially quite angular, but rounded out with very refined yet driving acids, minerality, apricot pits, a touch of dry sherry, great length. I don't have much experience with Loire Chenin Blanc, but this was a challenging yet interesting beast and would have liked to spend more time with. 15% ABV.

In a great place. Fully integrated, but not yet over the hill.

Colore giallo scuro. Cera d'api, limone e pochi fronzoli. Piacevole, minerale, equilibrato, e non ruffiano, ma a mio parere non vale il costo.
